CHANGE North Adelaide is looking for a professional, personable and highly reliable Front of House team member who takes pride in making people feel welcome, remembered and well looked after.

CHANGE is defined by its exceptional customer experience and elevated level of service. From greeting a first-time visitor to supporting our regular members, you’ll help set the tone across our whole facility.

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
Member engagement, connecting with members throughout the space, building robust relationships and contributing to a welcoming community
Maintaining an exceptional standard of presentation, cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility




Conducting facility tours and assisting with trials and membership enquiries
Supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day tasks
Delivering a seamless member experience

This position will require weekend availability, with opportunities to pick up additional weekday shifts and provide cover when required. Previous experience would be highly regarded. Above all, we’re looking for someone who presents professionally, takes initiative and genuinely enjoys creating an exceptional experience for others.
