Disability Support Worker – Community Access and Domestic Support
Location: Coolbellup, WA 6163

Pay: $35–$40 per hour
Schedule: Monday and Friday, approximately 3–5 hours per shift
Care Link Services is seeking a reliable and caring Disability Support Worker to support a participant who lives with his family in Coolbellup.
Responsibilities
Support the participant with community access and daily routines.
Assist with light domestic tasks when required.
Encourage independence.
Complete accurate shift notes and report concerns to management.
Essential requirements
Ability to commit to the scheduled shifts on both Mondays and Fridays. Please apply only if you can reliably work these hours.
Valid Australian driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Clearance.
Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
Positive communication and documentation skills.
