We are looking for both a full time baker and a pastry chef to join our team in our factory in Marrickville.
Baker:
must have experience in producing handmade sourdough breads & rolls in all parts of production
quality control
no overnight work
HACCP procedures
Pastry chef:
qualifications: must have at least 1 year experience in a similar role
freedom to be highly creative & able to develop recent products
HACCP procedures
outstanding attention to detail
