More Than Sport has run kids' events in Adelaide for over 10 years. We deliver school holiday events to OSHC and vacation care centres, like Battle of the Sports, Water Wars, Slime Lab, Colour Runs and Clay Creations. Now we're growing into Melbourne and looking for the right person to lead it.

This is not a normal job. It's a chance to build and run a kids' events business in your city, without the risk of starting one from scratch.

What we give you: proven events that centres already love, run sheets, branding, a booking website, invoicing and admin support, and leads.

What you'll do: build relationships with OSHC and vacation care centres in Melbourne, book events for the school holidays, and either run events yourself or build and manage a small team to run them.

What you get:



a share of the profits from every event in your city, plus pay for any events you run yourself. The more your city grows, the more you earn.

This suits someone who: has worked in OSHC, vacation care, kids' entertainment, sports coaching or teaching, is confident picking up the phone and building relationships, is organised and reliable, and wants to build something of their own.

You'll need: a Working With Children Check, your own car, and public liability insurance (or be willing to get it).
