Together we go beyond.As an Infrastructure Cloud Engineer at Avanade, you will design, build and support cloud infrastructure solutions for complex enterprise programmes delivered in New Zealand. Based in Auckland, you will work within a multidisciplinary delivery team to provision and manage Azure infrastructure, ensuring environments are secure, reliable and optimised for performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy and manage Azure cloud infrastructure for enterprise client programmesImplement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep, ARM templates or TerraformConfigure and manage Azure networking components including Virtual Networks, NSGs, VPN Gateways and ExpressRouteProvision and administer Azure platform services including virtual machines, storage, databases and container servicesImplement cloud security controls including Azure Policy, RBAC,



Microsoft Defender and Azure MonitorSupport CI/CD pipeline development and automation using Azure DevOpsMonitor infrastructure performance, respond to incidents and implement improvementsDocument infrastructure designs, runbooks and operational proceduresCollaborate with application architects, security architects and development teams across the programme
