Genus is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support the commercial and contractual delivery of a major BESS project in Victoria.

Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, you will help manage subcontract packages, procurement, costs and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. This is an opportunity to put your commercial skills to work on a major battery energy storage project.

Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and administering subcontract agreements
Managing progress claims, payment assessments and variations
Supporting procurement and subcontractor engagement
Tracking costs, commitments and commercial risks
Maintaining accurate contract records, registers and correspondence
Preparing commercial reports and working with the project team to resolve contractual matters

About You




Experience as a Contract Administrator on construction, infrastructure, energy or industrial projects.
Sound understanding of subcontract administration, claims and variations.
Robust attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Confident communication skills and a cooperative approach.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project reporting systems.
