About the role

As a 3IC Full Time at Fossil, you'll play a key role in providing leadership and support to the store team, while also ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This full time position is located at our Homebush Watch Station DFO store , offering opportunities for career growth within a energetic retail environment.

What you'll be doing
Assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day to day store operations
Supervising and supporting the sales team, providing coaching and guidance to drive performance
Ensuring excellent customer service and a positive brand experience for all customers
Maintaining stock levels, visual merchandising, and store presentation standards
Promoting the Fossil brand and products to drive sales and meet targets

What we're looking for
Previous experience in a retail or 3IC role, preferably within the fashion or accessories industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for providing exceptional shopping experiences




Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise effectively
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
