Physiotherapist - Part Time & Full Time Available. Aged Care Focused.

The role focuses improving the mobility, fall prevention and quality of life of our cliental.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Conduct comprehensive in-home physiotherapy assessments for older Australians.
n
Develop and implement individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans
n
Provide falls prevention, mobility, balance, and strength programs
n
Support clients managing neurological and chronic conditions (e.g. Parkinson's, stroke, dementia)
n
Prescribe and review assistive technology and home modification recommendations
n
Liaise with GPs, specialists, and the care team to ensure continuity of care
n
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with aged care standards
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Minimum 3–4 years of physiotherapy experience,



with a solid focus on aged care or community settings
n
Demonstrated experience working with elderly clients.
n
Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for person-centred care
n
Solid written and verbal communication skills
n
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (travel across Brisbane South required)
n
Current National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People clearance (or willingness to obtain)
n
