About the role

This is a paid internship where you'll get paid to learn about skilled content creation!

Ideally you enjoy creating content for Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. You have a basic understanding of editing, are willing to learn and take direction, and have an interest in pursuing a career in the creator economy.

You'll be working alongside a full time content creator, and you'll be mentored by our founder: an established content creator with a combined following of 700K+ across platforms and 10 Million+ monthly views.

The internship is for one to two days per week, from our creative studio in Fitzroy (this is not a remote role).

Key responsibilities
Perform basic video editing
Conduct basic research and spot trends on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube




Come up with creative ideas and pitch them to the team

About you
You enjoy social media and see yourself working in the creator economy
You understand TikTok / Instagram culture, trends, and the For You Page algorithm
You enjoy doomscrolling and watching shortform videos
You have basic editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Understanding of storytelling, hooks, and viral psychology
You know about Podcasting (Not needed but nice to have)
