This is a senior leadership role with real scope. You'll set the direction for how AI shows up across a large organisation, build and lead the team that delivers it, and turn early momentum into something people rely on every day. It suits a technical leader who still likes getting into the detail, and who gets more excited by adoption than by demos.

A technical leader who can hold their own in an architecture discussion
Hands-on experience rolling out agentic AI across a large, complex business
Genuinely enthusiastic about AI, across the latest models and research, and out at the events where it's discussed
A builder of robust teams who attracts excellent people
Comfortable challenging the status quo and taking an organisation with them
AI is part of how you work every day, not just something you talk about
