We have an exciting chance for an experienced and knowledgeable Parts Interpreter to join our growing business.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be an integral part of our Aftersales Department with responsibilities including but not limited to:
Answering parts queries for both retail & trade customers
Attending to customers efficiently and courteously
Supporting the Service Department by interpreting parts for the Workshop & Pre-Delivery Department
Ordering and receipting stock for retail, wholesale & internal business

What we offer:
Generous remuneration package which includes a Base Salary + Super
Permanent Full-Time position
Monday to Friday role between the core hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm

To be considered for this position, you will need to possess the following attributes:
Demonstrated experience in a Parts/Stock Control role
Experience working in an Automotive company/industry (experience in a European dealership environment is highly desired)
Thorough technical understanding and hands-on experience of manufacturer products
Excellent customer service skills
Good problem solving skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Conscientious and self-motivated with a robust eye for detail
The ability to make a positive contribution within a team environment
A proactive and diligent approach to your decisions and actions
Current valid Australian Driver’s Licence
