Specific duties include:
Ability to lead and manage a team
Ability to guide and lead a variety of sub-contractor
Strong organization skills and experience with task scheduling
Previous experience in facilities management or equipment service
Previous experience or understanding of the private pathology industry
Strong customer focus and develop interpersonal people management skills
Demonstrated hands on approach to achieving positive outcomes
Demonstrated understanding of health and safety with a commitment to providing a secure work environment.
A passion for presentation and functionality
Ability to work with others to form strong professional relationships
Skills and experience:
Driver's License
Demonstrated ability to forecast and identify trends
Demonstrated experience in process improvement and project delivery
