About the Role
We are seeking an
experienced Account Manager
with a
minimum of 5 years' proven experience in the swimming pool industry
to support strategic growth and strengthen our market position.
This role suits someone with strong industry relationships, a solid understanding of the pool market's technical and commercial aspects, and the ability to confidently identify, negotiate, and close high-value opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Execute business strategies to grow revenue and market share
Identify and secure new business opportunities.
Build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with current and recent customers.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
Collaborate closely with BDM, CEO, marketing, and operations teams.
Provide accurate forecasting, reporting,



and pipeline management to CEO.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years' experience in the swimming pool industry to be considered for the role
Strong understanding of the pool industry, products, systems, and market dynamics
Established network within the pool industry preferred
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-focused
Willingness to travel as required
CRM and Microsoft Office experience essential
