Due to the continual growth of our organisation, we are actively seeking applications for Picker packers to cover the Day Shift based in Pinkenba.
n
Overview
n
Reporting directly to the Shift Manager, this permanent Full-time position involves picking & packing customer orders and operating the forklift on day to day basis. If you have worked in a warehouse before or someone considering a career change or someone who wants to start their career in a warehouse environment this position could be for you.
n
Your day-to-day routine will look something like this:
n
n
Pick and pack orders
n
Assemble customers' orders and stack pallets correctly.
n
Check orders and raise discrepancies.
n
Load/unload vehicles with zippy units.
n
General cleaning & housekeeping duties as required.
n
Other warehouse duties as assigned by the manager.
n
n
All about you:
n
n




Prior experience working in a busy warehouse environment beneficial.
n
A background in food service / FMCG is preferred but not essential.
n
Positive communication skills and attention to detail.
n
A good understanding of HACCP requirements will be beneficial.
n
Practice safe and correct manual handling at all times.
