As a Support Worker, you’ll support people in their own homes and communities, helping them maintain their independence and continue doing the things that matter to them.

You might help with
Personal care and medication assistance
Meal preparation and household tasks
Shopping, appointments and community activities
Daily routines and maintaining independence
Building genuine relationships with the people you support

We’ll invest in you

You’ll ideally have a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or similar, or be working towards one. You'll also need a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle, First Aid and CPR, and the relevant checks — or be willing to obtain them.

Depending on future opportunities, roles may also be available for people without a formal qualification.
