About the role:

As the QLD New Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving BottleCycler's growth in Queensland by partnering with venues to streamline glass waste management and promote sustainability. In addition, you'll support marketing efforts, SEO, social media content, and strategic campaigns to strengthen BottleCycler's national brand presence.

Key responsibilities include:
Identify, target, and engage prospective venues, bars, and restaurant precincts across the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, and Metro Brisbane.
Deliver persuasive presentations to showcase BottleCycler's advantages, including efficient glass waste management, access to Container Deposit Scheme (CDS) rebates, and operational improvements
Build a robust pipeline and convert leads into long-term clients
Support strategic marketing initiatives to support sales growth nationally
Support SEO strategies to enhance BottleCycler's online visibility and lead generation
Support engaging social media content to promote BottleCycler's solutions and amplify brand presence




Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with business objectives
Serve as the primary point of contact for Queensland clients, nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
Represent BottleCycler at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to elevate our profile in Queensland's hospitality sector
Develop tailored sales strategies for key regions (Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, and Metro Brisbane).
Drive growth and meet sales targets through focused regional initiatives.

What we're looking for:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality & beverage sectors
Digital marketing skills, including SEO, social media and campaign execution
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to articulate BottleCycler's value proposition
A self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously
Passionate about sustainability and creative environmental solutions
