About the role:
This is a hands-on technical role that is heavily business facing, sitting within a small, high-performing Technology team.
You'll be the subject matter expert in

Automation

, owning the full lifecycle from identifying opportunities through to delivering solutions that stick using Workato and Power Automate
The organisation is looking for someone to own their Automation workflows for automation delivery, and this person will be central to making that happen. With board-level focus on efficiency and KPIs, there's genuine appetite to do things properly.

Your responsibilities:
Design, develop and implement business process automations using Workato and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and other relevant tools




Automate reporting workflows and surface meaningful KPIs that give leadership visibility into operational performance
Manage and administer the Power Platform and Azure environments, including security, configuration, and governance
Engage with business units across the organisation to identify and prioritise automation and AI opportunities
Lead the rollout of recent capabilities including agentic AI solutions, with appropriate governance frameworks

What you need:
Proven hands-on experience delivering automation solutions using Workato or Microsoft Power Platform, actual builds, not just advisory
5+ years in automation, digital workflow delivery, or a related technical discipline
Experience managing Azure settings and enforcing platform governance
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, you'll be advising non-technical business units and presenting upward to leadership.
