Raywell Contracting is seeking experienced all‑round operators to join our team at Evolution Mining’s Mungari gold mine. This role offers reliable, full‑time work, a solid safety culture, and the opportunity to operate a wide range of modern machinery.

About the Role

Operators will be required to competently operate a variety of machines, including:
Dozers (up to D10T)
Excavators (Cat models up to 36‑tonne)
Loaders (980)
Graders (H Series)
Water carts (Cat 740)
Dump trucks (Cat 745 and Volvo A60J)

Work will include production, haul road construction and maintenance, rehabilitation, and general earthworks.

Location

Applicants must live within driving distance of the Mungari mine. The site is conveniently located:
20 minutes from Kalgoorlie
20 minutes from Coolgardie

Local Goldfields residents are strongly preferred. However, we will consider Perth based candidates.

Essential Criteria
Experience operating dozers, excavators, loaders, articulated trucks, or graders
Strong safety culture and commitment to secure work practices
Self‑motivated, reliable, and well-presented
Flexibility to operate multiple machine types, including dump trucks
Accommodation within driving distance of the mine
Current Australian driver’s licence (MR or higher preferred)
Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Ability to provide a national police clearance
