The Customer Success Manager – QLD/NT/WA is a hybrid customer success and sales role responsible for supporting customers across the full CommBox journey — from first enquiry and demonstration through to onboarding, adoption, training, renewal and expansion.

Based from the CommBox Queensland Experience Centre, this person is the third member of the QLD, NT and WA regional team and works closely with the Head of Northern Regions to provide an exceptional CommBox experience for customers and partners.

The role will own inbound opportunities for the region, coordinate and deliver product demonstrations,

manage an allocated customer portfolio, identify renewal and cross-sell prospects and ensure customers are successfully adopting CommBox solutions.

The role will also take ownership of the Education vertical within the region, becoming a trusted

CommBox resource for schools, education customers and partners and helping grow CommBox's presence across the education market.
