We are seeking a reliable and motivated Receptionist/ Housekeeper - All Rounder to join our small resort team in Noosa. This role is offered on a casual basis, with occasional weekend work when covering other staff members during holidays or leave periods.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Resort Manager with daily operations to ensure smooth running of the property
Support front desk duties, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
Cleaning guest rooms, maintaining outdoor common areas, organising linen and making sure supplies are ordered when needed.
Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest enquiries and concerns
Assist with staff supervision and rostering where required
Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests to ensure rooms and facilities meet high standards
Handle payments, prepare basic reports, and support administrative tasks
Ensure resort policies and procedures are followed to maintain safety and guest satisfaction





Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality, accommodation, housekeeping or resort management preferred. Experience with Resly an advantage.
Solid customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Good organisational and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to occasionally work weekends when covering for other team members
Rapid, productive and takes pride in their work
Reliable, available and ability to multitask
