Job Description
Chatswood Toyota is looking for a Parts Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate the daily work of our automotive parts warehouse in Artarmon. This is a practical role where you will work alongside the team, organise deliveries and help keep parts moving. You'll be involved in receiving stock, picking and packing, operating a forklift and making sure the day runs smoothly. Our warehouse supports parts deliveries to customers and supplies our Service and Pre-Delivery departments. The operation includes a team of up to 10 people and five delivery vans completing scheduled daily runs.

Key responsibilities

Organising daily tasks and coordinating the warehouse and delivery team
n
Checking incoming parts against orders and following up discrepancies
n
Maintaining accurate stock records and monitoring stock availability
n
Coordinating delivery runs and ensuring orders are ready for dispatch
n
Picking and packing orders and operating a forklift
n
Coordinating the annual stocktake
n
Working with our Service and Pre-Delivery teams to meet their parts needs
n
Keeping the warehouse safe, organised and efficient
n
About you
n
Practical experience in warehousing,



receiving and dispatch
n
The ability to organise workloads and give clear direction to a team
n
A willingness to work alongside the team and assist with daily warehouse tasks
n
Current LF and LO licences
n
Confidence using computer systems for stock records, orders and general administration
n
Valuable attention to detail and clear communication
n
Automotive parts experience would be useful, although relevant experience in other warehouse environments will also be considered
n
Annual salary of $73,000
n
Fully maintained company-provided Toyota Hilux and fuel card
n
