The Role
n
As a Senior Property Manager, you'll take ownership of a well‐maintained residential portfolio, supported by a structure designed to allow you to focus on what you do best — delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.
n
Your role will include:
n
n
Managing and maintaining a residential property portfolio
n
Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and suppliers
n
Overseeing maintenance, inspections and day‐to‐day portfolio management
n
Providing proactive communication and exceptional service
n
Working collaboratively with your team to achieve outstanding client outcomes
n
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, service and portfolio performance
n
Contributing to the culture, growth and success of the wider office
n
n

About You
n
We're looking for an experienced Property Manager who wants to be part of something bigger than simply managing a portfolio.
n
You'll ideally have:
n

Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate
n
Previous residential Property Management experience
n
Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
n
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
A proactive, solutions‐focused approach
n
A genuine commitment to exceptional client service
n
A collaborative approach and positive attitude
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
n
