Our
well-established, doctor-owned General Practice
on Brisbane's inner northside is seeking a friendly and professional
Medical Receptionist
to join our supportive team.
If you're currently working in a larger corporate medical practice and have been considering a move to a smaller, privately owned practice where teamwork, respect and patient care are valued, we'd love to hear from you.
Position
Casual position – approximately
***** hours per week
Saturday mornings approximately
1 in 3/4
, from
8:00 am to 12:00 pm
Additional hours may be available to cover annual and personal leave
About You
You will:
Be highly organised with excellent time management skills
Be able to multitask in a busy, quick-paced environment
Have outstanding communication and customer service skills
Be professional, caring and well presented
Enjoy working as part of a friendly and supportive team
Have a positive attitude and contribute to a respectful workplace culture




Previous experience using
MedicalDirector
,
Pracsoft
or similar medical practice software is highly regarded. Training will be provided to the right applicant if required.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism
Booking appointments accurately using electronic scheduling software
Processing patient accounts, invoicing and receipting
Maintaining accurate and confidential electronic patient records
Providing a high standard of general administrative support
