Tasks & Responsibilities
n
n
Assisting residents with personal care, hygiene, grooming, and dressing
n
Supporting mobility and daily living activities
n
Providing emotional support, companionship, and social engagement
n
Assisting with meal preparation and feeding when required
n
Supporting residents with daily routines and independence goals
n




Performing light household duties such as cleaning and maintaining living spaces
n
Assisting with community participation and outings
n
Ensuring a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all residents
n
Building positive professional relationships with residents, families, and care teams
n
n
Qualifications & Experience
n
n
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in aged care, disability support, or residential care
n
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care / Disability / Community Services) or equivalent qualification
n
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Working With Children Check (if required)
n
Valid Driver's Licence
n
Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Compassionate, patient, and professional approach to care
