Office Assistant & Animal Care Attendant – Casual
AAA Metal Recycling / Senarabull is seeking a
reliable and versatile Office Assistant & Animal Care Attendant
to join our team on a casual basis.
This is a unique and varied role that combines
office administration, customer service and animal care
. You will play an important part in assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of our operations while also helping care for our animals.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
Operating a computer-based weighbridge system and accurately recording incoming and outgoing vehicles.
Assisting customers with enquiries and providing friendly, professional service.
Completing general administration duties, including filing and record keeping.
Conducting bank runs and cash reconciliations.
Completing general and ad hoc tasks as required.
Providing daily care and attention to our dogs and animals, ensuring their wellbeing and comfort.
Working across our Kwinana,



Malaga and Southern River locations as required.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Genuinely loves dogs and animals
and is comfortable caring for them.
Is reliable, punctual and dependable.
Has excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Can multitask and manage a variety of duties throughout the day.
Has a friendly and professional approach to customer service.
Is confident using computers and willing to learn new systems.
Can work independently and take initiative.
Has
reliable personal transport and a valid driver's licence
.
