Together we go beyond.As a Business Analyst (Manager level) at Avanade, you will lead requirements gathering and analysis workstreams on complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform programmes. Based in Auckland, you will work closely with client business stakeholders, functional architects and delivery teams to ensure solutions are clearly defined, scoped and aligned to business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead business analysis workstreams on large-scale Dynamics 365 and Microsoft technology programmesFacilitate requirements workshops, interviews and process mapping sessions with client stakeholdersDocument and manage business requirements, functional specifications,



user stories and acceptance criteriaAnalyse and model existing 'as-is' business processes and design 'to-be' future state processesCollaborate with solution architects and technical teams to validate that designs meet business requirementsDefine and manage traceability matrices to ensure requirements are tested and deliveredSupport UAT planning, execution and sign-off in collaboration with client teamsManage junior BAs and analysts on the engagement, providing coaching and quality oversightSupport pre-sales activities including scope definition and effort estimation
