We are a newly established Registered Training Organisation delivering Certificate IV and Diploma qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration engineering. We are building a team of industry-experienced trainers who care about producing job-ready graduates for Australian and international employers.

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Trainer and Assessor to deliver and assess air conditioning and refrigeration units to domestic and international students. You will help shape our programs from the start and ensure training reflects current industry practice.

Deliver engaging theory and practical training sessions in line with training and assessment strategies
Conduct valid, reliable and fair assessments and provide constructive feedback
Maintain your industry currency and career development records
Support student progress, wellbeing and safety in training settings

Essential requirements




TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Education
Trade qualification in refrigeration and air conditioning, with vocational competencies at least equal to the qualification being delivered
Current Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)
Current electrical licence relevant to refrigeration and air conditioning work (restricted or full)
Minimum 3 years of recent industry experience in refrigeration and air conditioning
Demonstrated industry currency
Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
Full Australian working rights

Desirable
Diploma or Advanced Diploma level engineering qualification
Experience in commercial, industrial or transport refrigeration systems
Familiarity with the Standards for RTOs 2025
