Building Services Engineer – Tier 2 Builder A national Tier 2 construction group with a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-profile projects is looking to appoint a Building Services Engineer.

This contractor delivers major commercial, mixed-use and institutional projects across NSW and offers genuine long-term career progression within a highly structured and qualified environment.

The role: Reporting to the Services Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of building services across large-scale refurbishment and fit-out projects.
Supporting the design development, coordination, installation, testing and commissioning of building services
Managing and coordinating multi-discipline services packages (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, BMS, etc.)
Working with consultants and subcontractors to resolve design and constructability issues
Assisting with value engineering and services optimisation
Monitoring short-term programmes and site progress
Ensuring compliance with NCC,



Australian Standards and relevant authorities

About you:
Degree or Trade qualified in qualified in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
3+ years’ experience working for a head contractor or major subcontractor working on commercial construction projects
Robust technical understanding of building services
Confident working in a site-based delivery role
