You'll take ownership of the store, mentor team members and ensure every client feels valued and understood.

This is a permanent full time role on a Tuesday-Saturday Roster. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a small team, guiding them on their days and supporting their growth
Personally connect with brides, delivering a warm, personalised appointment-based experience
Ensure boutique standards are upheld, including dress presentation, styling, and repairs
Manage inventory and stock processes, supported by your team
Maintain boutique visual merchandising to reflect the brand's premium, curated aesthetic
Build and nurture VIP client relationships, creating memorable experiences for every bride
Be commercially minded while leading people, sales, and the overall boutique performance

Skills & Experience:
Solid attention to detail and a natural sense of organisation
Passion for fashion and bridal,



with an understanding of the emotional significance of a wedding dress
Retail experience preferred (Not essential to have bridal experience)
Confidence working in a fast-paced, client-facing setting
Ability to work well under pressure while remaining calm, polished, and professional
Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop boutique staff
Strong operational and administrative skills, including rostering, stock management, and day-to-day boutique operations
Commercial acumen, with the ability to drive sales targets, KPIs, and overall boutique performance
Sound decision-making skills to manage competing priorities across team, client, and operational demands
