BREAKFAST COOK

BOLLA MILANO – ADELAIDE

Bolla Milano is looking for a passionate and experienced Breakfast Cook to join our kitchen team.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has great attention to detail and understands the importance of quality, consistency and presentation.

THE ROLE
Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard
Set up and manage the breakfast section during service
Maintain excellent food quality, presentation and portion control
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Maintain a clean and organised workstation
Assist with prep, stock rotation and general kitchen duties
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams

ABOUT YOU
Previous experience as a Chef or cook, preferably in breakfast or brunch
Confident working independently during service




Able to work efficiently under pressure
Robust attention to detail and presentation
Reliable, punctual and skilled
Positive attitude and strong team-player
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene
