About the Role

Working as part of our precast manufacturing team as a Concrete Patcher, you will be responsible for repairing and finishing precast and concrete products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform concrete patching, repairs, and remedial works on precast concrete elements.
Mix and apply repair mortars, patching compounds, and other finishing products.
Conduct quality checks to ensure repairs meet company and client standards.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and completed work.
Inspect concrete products and structures for defects, damage, and imperfections.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid commitment to workplace safety.




Significant experience as a Patcher working with precast concrete
