About us

Melbourne Natural Medicine Clinic is a well-established multimodality clinic at 225 Park Street, South Melbourne. Our team of naturopaths, chiropractors and allied practitioners take a root-cause, evidence-informed approach to health. We're a close, supportive team who care about our patients and each other.

The role

This is a casual role, 3 days per week, (Wed, Thurs, Fri & occasional Saturday) It's split between reception and marketing. You'll help grow the clinic's online presence and look after our front desk, with extra shifts available to cover leave and busy periods for the right person.

Marketing
Plan, create and schedule social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Support email & SMS campaigns, automation and lead follow-up
Help with basic content for our website and promotions

Reception
Welcome patients in person and over the phone
Manage bookings, payments and practitioner schedules
Cover reception shifts as needed and keep the front desk running smoothly

About you
Marketing skills or experience, especially social media content creation




Experience with Go High Level (highly regarded)
A career receptionist with exceptional customer service experience in a health or clinic setting.
Excellent customer care: warm, skilled and patient-focused with attention to detail and a mature demeanour
Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy setting
Quick learner, sharp and resourceful
Adaptable and versatile with tasks and shifts
A team player who enjoys working together with others
You live locally, within easy reach of South Melbourne. This matters to us: a short commute make’s shift cover and work-life balance much easier
