Roshana Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead resident care across multiple NSW, SA, VIC, WA, and QLD facilities. The RN will assess resident strengths and needs, develop individualized support plans, and provide direct clinical care within scope of practice.
Leadership of clinical and care staff, along with coordination with the Clinical Manager, ensures evidence-based practice and quality initiatives. Salary for the RN role is $45–$55 per hour plus Superannuation.
