Sprayworx Poly Coaters specialises in high-quality polyurethane finishing of kitchens and custom joinery.

We are looking for a quality, experienced sander (2pac poly) who knows the preparation process required for achieving flawless paintwork.

We are prepared to pay well for the right applicant, with a rate of $35 - $45 per hour + super, based on your demonstrated ability and experience.

The Role
Sanding and preparation
Filling and rectifying surface imperfections
Checking work and maintaining a consist, high standard
Keeping your preparation area, equipment, and workshop clean and tidy

About You We are looking for someone with:
Proven polyurethane sanding experience
A solid understanding of preparation and finishing processes
High attention to detail
Self-motivated
The ability to work independently and maintain quality




A strong work ethic
Reliability and good productivity

You don't necessarily need years of experience — ability and the quality of your work are more important to us.
