Full-Time Chef

We’re on the hunt for a motivated, hands-on Full time Chef to join our kitchen team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality workplace and has a genuine passion for excellent food, quality produce, and well-executed service.

About the Role

Working closely with the team, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You’ll help deliver a consistent, high-quality food offering while maintaining robust kitchen culture, smooth service, and excellent standards across prep, service, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute dishes to a high standard during service
Support menu execution and contribute ideas for seasonal changes
Maintain kitchen organisation, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
Work efficiently during busy services while maintaining quality




Support and collaborate with other kitchen team members
Ensure compliance with WHS and food safety regulations

About You
Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a similar venue
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and service flow
Passion for quality food and attention to detail
Calm, reliable, and confident during service
A team player with a positive attitude
Available to work evenings and weekends (always have Sundays off!)
