About the Role
Reporting to the P&C; Manager, this is a broad P&C; Business Partner position supporting both operational and corporate leaders across the full employee lifecycle.
Operating within a lean People & Culture team, you'll partner closely with leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent planning, workforce initiatives and organisational projects, while also helping to shape and improve HR processes, systems and ways of working.

Employee and Industrial Relations advice and case management
Performance management and leadership coaching
Talent reviews and succession planning
Employee engagement initiatives and culture programs
Policy development, compliance and governance
Workforce planning support
Change and transformation initiatives
SharePoint and HR process enhancement projects
About You
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with 5+ years' HR experience, ideally gained within a blue-collar or industrial environment such as construction, infrastructure, engineering or utilities. You'll have strong ER/IR capability, including experience working with Enterprise Agreements, Awards and employment legislation, and be confident coaching leaders through people matters. You'll be comfortable working with ambiguity, navigating competing priorities and operating autonomously, with a practical, hands‐on approach and the ability to build trusted relationships across the business.
Drivers license required to travel to site.

Up to $150,000 plus super (commensurate with experience)
