Your experience will include:
Retail and commercial leasing transactions, including negotiations, reviews, renewals, variations, assignments, surrenders and consent deeds
Providing advice on commercial property matters, developments, acquisitions, sales and market entry strategies
Supporting clients with fitout and construction-related agreements
Working closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives and deliver practical solutions

About You
We are looking for a senior property lawyer who is commercially focused and passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes.



You will have:
8+ years PQE experience in commercial and/or retail leasing
Strong technical knowledge and experience managing complex leasing matters
The ability to independently manage your own matters and client relationships
Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
A commercial mindset with a focus on achieving practical outcomes
A genuine interest in innovation, technology and improving the way legal services are delivered
