Job Description
Mind Australia Limited is seeking a compassionate Community Mental Health Practitioner to join the Adult Step-Up Step-Down residential service in Mackay on a casual basis. You will support adults with mental health challenges to achieve personal recovery goals within a recovery-oriented, person-centred framework.

This role requires flexibility across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends, public holidays and sleepover shifts, working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
