Job Description
As a Pump Service Fitter, you'll support our NSW operations by performing equipment assessments, repairs, and servicing both in-house and at customer sites. You'll play a key part in upholding service excellence, safety standards, and customer satisfaction across our fluid motion solutions portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out pump assessments, internal/external repairs, and warranty evaluations
n
Ensure quality of completed jobs prior to dispatch
n
Operate and maintain service equipment, tools, forklifts, and cranes safely
n
Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations
n
Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
n
Follow all NOV safety procedures and company policies
n
Provide accurate job reporting and timely communication
n
Demonstrate professionalism, technical integrity, and a customer-first attitude
n

Essential Qualifications & Licences
n
n
Trade-qualified Mechanical or Electrical Fitter
n
Valid Driver's Licence
n
Forklift Licence
n
Confined Space Entry (preferred)
n
Disconnect/Reconnect
Restricted Electrical (preferred)
n
n
Experience & Skills
n
n
Proven experience in pump and rotating equipment repairs (including Progressive Cavity Pumps)
n
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
n
Ability to work under pressure with good time management
n
Capable of using service software and internal IT systems
n
Willingness to work flexible schedule and travel when required
n
n
