The Role
Suitable applicants play a key role in supporting the effective operation of the school and will work closely with the Principal and leadership team. The position requires a highly organised, proactive and collaborative individual with strong skills in financial management, budgeting, human resources, workforce administration and school business operations. Suitable applicants should display sound knowledge of Department of Education policies, procedures and systems, with the ability to provide accurate and timely advice to the Principal and staff. A key focus during the year will be supporting and leading the school's implementation of Program Kaartdijin Phase 2, including developing an understanding of the new systems and processes, supporting staff through the transition and ensuring effective implementation across relevant corporate services functions.



Solid interpersonal and communication skills are important to the role, together with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, families, contractors and external stakeholders. The role requires a high level of initiative, attention to detail, adaptability and the capacity to manage competing priorities and organisational change in a busy school environment. Experience with Department systems and processes, particularly financial, HR, asset management and Program Kaartdijin, would be highly regarded. Want to know more?
