Customer Engagement Coordinator | Global Retirement Living Leader
Remuneration: $40 per hour + Superannuation
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (Full time)
Location: Southbank, Melbourne (Premium corporate office, close to public transport)
Tenure: 6-Month Contract (Robust view to permanency based on performance)
Start Date: ASAP

The role: Customer Engagement Coordinator Tenacity CX has partnered with a highly respected global leader in premium retirement living to source an experienced Customer Engagement Coordinator for their Southbank team.

The role is responding to online enquiries about their villages / no direct selling, more-so being a triage & first point of contact for people wanting to know more information & booking them in for a visit to any of their sites around the country.

Candidate Requirements




A proven track record in a high-touch customer service environment (corporate contact centre, premium hospitality, or corporate reception).
Exceptional active listening capabilities coupled with a warm, empathetic, and professional phone manner.
Strong functional knowledge of CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience highly regarded.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset, rapid learning agility, and a solid customer-first focus.
