We are currently partnering with a growing, multi-entity services business on the search for a Finance Manager.

This role sits directly under the Group Financial Controller as second in charge of the financial reporting function. It suits a technically robust finance leader who wants broader exposure to a highly transformative, growing business and who is building towards a Financial Controller role down the track.

Early on, the priority is running a tight close, delivering high quality Board and statutory reporting and strengthening controls across the group. Longer term, the business is investing heavily in finance, and this role will help shape how the function scales, from standardising processes to improving systems and reporting.

The key duties of the role will include but not be limited to:
Managing a small team and building their capability
Leading month-end and delivering accurate, timely group reporting




Playa key part in monthly Board reporting
Running statutory reporting and the external audit process
Improving controls, balance sheet integrity and accounting compliance
Providing financial insight to operational and corporate stakeholders
Driving process improvement, system optimisation and automation initiatives

The ideal candidate will be:
CA or CPA qualified
Experienced as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Senior Financial Accountant leading a team
Robust on technical accounting, statutory reporting and audit
Used to complex, multi entity groups
Commercially minded and comfortable driving change
