Job Description

SEIKO is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to shape our people strategy and elevate the SEIKO experience across Wholesale, Retail and Client Service teams.

In this role you will design, deliver and evolve onboarding, product knowledge and sales capability programs, using face-to-face coaching and digital learning.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will manage the learning platform, report on training outcomes, and partner with stakeholders to drive excellence.
