Experience is welcome, but we’re willing to train the right person. The role starts as casual at $45 per hour + super, with a truck and fuel card supplied. We’re also open to discussing full time options.

About the role

Rubiks Roofing is looking for a hands-on Leading Hand to install and remove residential edge protection and scaffolding across the Darling Downs. You'll lead a small crew, organise equipment and daily jobs, and make sure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities
Lead a small crew installing and dismantling residential edge protection and basic scaffolding




Organise daily jobs and ensure the right equipment is loaded before leaving the yard
Work alongside the crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently
Check site requirements and liaise with roofing crews and the office
Look after equipment and report damaged or missing gear

About you
Experience in edge protection or scaffolding is desired
White Card required
Current driver's licence required
Relevant scaffolding licences required where applicable
Working at Heights desired
