Our flagship North Sydney store is Australia's first RIEDEL Boutique, showcasing premium glassware from all three brands in a unique retail workplace.

About the Role

We're looking for an engaging and customer-focused Casual Sales Assistant to join our Boutique team every Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Working alongside the Boutique Manager, you'll assist customers with product selection and purchases, while helping maintain the exceptional presentation standards of the store.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
Assist with product selection and recommendations.
Process sales using the POS system.
Develop product knowledge across RIEDEL, SPIEGELAU and NACHTMANN.
Maintain store displays and presentation, including washing and polishing glassware.
Replenish stock and assist with deliveries and stocktakes.
Wrap and package customer purchases.
Assist with general day-to-day Boutique operations.

About You:

You'll ideally have




Previous customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
A confident, friendly and skilled approach.
An interest in wine, premium retail, design or homewares.
Strong attention to detail and pride in store presentation.
A reliable, proactive and hands-on attitude.
An enthusiasm for learning about our products.
Availability to work every Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Experience in premium retail, wine, hospitality or homewares would be an advantage but isn't essential. Full product training will be provided. Staff purchasing benefits are available, with the chance for additional casual hours during peak periods, events, and staff leave coverage.
