Making Neapolitan-style pizza
Pasta cooking and preparation
Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards
Working efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen
Maintaining food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
About you
Proven experience making Neapolitan-style pizza
Solid pasta cooking and preparation experience
Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
Experience working in a busy restaurant or pizza kitchen
Positive knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Reliable, hardworking and a valuable team player
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
