About the role

You'll be a General Manager helping to build and run a quick-growing fintech platform connecting lenders with loan originators and brokers. You'll work closely with the founders and have broad responsibility across growth, partnerships, operations and execution. This role requires someone who can take an objective, work out what needs to happen and make it happen, without needing a detailed playbook.

Key responsibilities
Drive the day-to-day growth and execution of the business
Turn ideas and priorities into action
Build and manage relationships with lenders, brokers, aggregators and industry partners
Help drive broker adoption and commercial partnerships
Build the processes, workflows and operating infrastructure required to scale
Identify problems early and solve them independently
Help recruit, manage and develop the team as the business grows
Represent the business confidently in meetings, partnerships and industry events
Own key projects from concept through to delivery




Work directly with the founders on the company's highest-priority initiatives
