BOILERMAKERS – FIFO SHUTDOWN WORK | FIFO FROM PERTH

Peel Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Boilermakers for upcoming FIFO shutdown work.

About the Role
FIFO from Perth
Shutdown work
Various WA mine sites
Upcoming mobilisation dates
Competitive hourly rates
Day and night shifts may be available

Duties
Fixed plant maintenance and repairs
Structural steel repairs and modifications
Welding, cutting, grinding and fabrication
Chute, screen, conveyor and plant repairs
Reading and interpreting drawings
Removal and installation of components
Working safely within shutdown timeframes
Following all site and workplace safety procedures

Requirements
Trade qualified Boilermaker
Previous FIFO shutdown experience highly regarded




Fixed plant or mining experience preferred
Robust welding and fabrication skills
Current Australian Driver’s Licence
Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets where required
White Card
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screen
Ability to provide relevant site documentation and tickets
Reliable, safety-focused and available for shutdown mobilisation

Pay Rate starting from $60.00 , depending on experience, site and shift.
