Company Description

We’re looking for a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our teams across Alstonville Family Dental and Maven Dental Lismore. This is a shared role, giving you the opportunity to work across two welcoming dental practices while enjoying reliable, consistent hours of 2–3 days per week.

As our Dental Receptionist, you’ll be an important part of the patient experience, helping create a warm and welcoming environment from the moment patients walk through the door. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients and providing friendly customer service
Managing patient bookings and appointments
Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
Processing payments and health fund claims
Supporting the dental team with general administrative tasks
Helping ensure the reception area runs smoothly and efficiently

Qualifications

We’d love to hear from someone who:
Has previous reception or customer service experience
Is friendly, approachable and confident communicating with patients
Is organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks




Has a professional and positive attitude
Enjoys working as part of a team
Has an interest in the dental industry

Additional Information

If you enjoy working in the dental environment and would like to develop your skills further, there may also be an opportunity to move into Dental Assisting in the future. You don't need to know exactly where you want your career to go, we're happy to support someone who wants to learn and explore different prospects within the practice.
