As a Kitchen Assistant, you're responsible for producing the ingredients that make up our delicious bowls. We'll provide you with thorough training and set a transparent career path for you to grow with us in a high performing culture.
Skills And Experience n
You'll have:

Experience working in industrial and/or restaurant kitchens
n
A passion for food and kitchen operations
n
Exceptional understanding of food safety guidelines and practices
n
Characteristics reflective of THISBOWL's ethos: self-motivated, positivity, service-oriented, flexible, and ethical with a high degree of integrity.

Key Responsibilities n
You Will Work With Fellow Kitchen Assistants, Kitchen Supervisors, And Your Kitchen Managers To Deliver An Exceptional Product. You'll Be Expected To

Assist with ingredient preparation in the kitchen
n
Use our state of the art processing machines
n
Maintain adequate inventory levels and conduct regular inventory counts
n
Ensure critical standards of product quality, daily food safety and sanitation
n
Role model and reinforce THISBOWL's people and culture standards.
